The Biomedical Computing Group (BCG) is one of the larger heterogeneous computing service providers at the University of Wisconsin Madison. The BCG provides centralized support of various platforms, including Sun Solaris, Microsoft Windows, Apple OS X, and Redhat Enterprise Linux computing platforms. The facility is operated and maintained by a dedicated and experienced team of system, network, and support professionals which designs and implements solutions for the specific computing needs of statisticians, researchers, clinicians, and administrative staff throughout the UW School of Medicine and Public Health. |
