Application for admissions to both the M.S. and Ph.D. programs involves submitting an application to the Graduate School and supporting materials to the Department of Statistics. Application for admission must be done online.

Other materials, such as an application fee, complete set of transcripts, GRE scores, essay, and letters of recommendation, are also required for application.
