Medical Informatics Program
Training and Education

Within the Medical Informatics program there are three traing options available. The Department of Computer Sciences offers both M.S. and Ph.D. programs in Computer Sciences, with courses and faculty specialties in biomedical informatics. The Department of Biostatistics and Medical Informatics also administers two certificate programs in bioinformatics.

Certificate Programs in Bioinformatics

Graduate Certificate - Intended for students currently enrolled in medical science or biological science graduate programs who are interested in bioinformatics training

Capstone Certificate - Intended for post-doctoral fellows in molecular biology who are interested in bioinformatics training
