I'll discuss methods, findings and lessons in 3 collaborations with molecular biologists and statisticians:

Finding "important" sites in protein sequences.

Identifying binding sites in yeast.

Identifying potentially functionally important non coding regions among a set highly conserved across vertebrate species.
