There are currently two ways to obtain a paper copy of the technical reports listed on the Technical Report Listing pages. Choose ONE of these methods:

1. Email 'parman at biostat dot wisc dot edu' with the following information:
   
   
   • Your name and address
   • The technical report number(s) you are requesting
   
   The report(s) will be mailed to you within the next 7 business days.
   
   
2. OR Write, via mail, to:

   Be sure to include your name, address, and technical report number(s) you are requesting.
