The forms here are for reporting non-critical outages that happen to you that may not be listed here (power outages, server slow, etc.); or to provide us with feedback about on-going intermittent outages or issues within your workgroup. For all other computer problems, please send email to support. For urgent outages or computer issues please call the helpline immediately at 265-6677.
