Our generative model

Curve Analysis Tool

Thank you for your interest in our curve analysis and generative model software. This is software made to find the best alignment between two time series representing gene expression levels following given treatments. For more detail, please see our paper Similarity Queries for Temporal Toxicogenomic Expression Profiles. (This link will work properly when the paper is published.)

Downloads

Here's what you need to download:

Of course, you will also need Java, and you will need to download the JAMA matrix library in order to solve linear equations. If you wish pretty .svg outputs to work without exceptions you will need to download Batik.

All of our files contain both Java executable .class files, as well as the original source .java files. You will need to add the .jar files to your CLASSPATH environment variable, or explictly tell Java where to find them from the command line.
