• In the Spring 2009 semester, I am teaching BMI/CS 776 Advanced Bioinformatics. Colin Dewey taught this course most recently (Spring 2008).

• I also teach BMI/CS 576 Introduction to Bioinformatics. Colin Dewey will be teaching this course in the Fall 2009 semester.

• David Page, Jude Shavlik and I led a graduate-level seminar on Statistical Relational Learning in the Spring 2004 semester.

• David Page, Jude Shavlik and I led a graduate-level seminar on Learning and Modeling Biological Networks in the Spring 2003 semester.

• Jude Shavlik and I led a seminar on Machine Learning for Text Analysis in the Fall of 2000.
