I am Eagu Kim† and I am a research associate (postdoctoral researcher) in the Department of Biostatistics and Medical Informatics at the University of Wisconsin, Madison, working on whole genome sequence alignment with Colin Dewey. Before I came to Madison, I received my Ph.D. in Computer Science at the University of Arizona, Tucson, with a work on inverse parametric sequence alignment in August 2008 under a great guidance of John Kececioglu.
