• Mplus scripts for simulated examples are in a zip file here:
  
  Each directory corresponds to a single simulated example presented in Section 3 of the the paper. Each directory contains a Stata *.do file to generate the data, a *.txt data file for input to Mplus, and multiple *.out files produced by Mplus. The Mplus scripts are embedded in the output files and can be easily extracted. The parameter names in the Mplus files follow those in the paper.
  
  
• R scripts for doing and plotting variance decompositions for a fitted model are in a zipped file here:
  
  Two R output files for generating the variance decomposition and related statistics and plots from parameters from a fitted model. These files (Examples-02.*.Rout) correspond to hypothetical examples 1 and 2 in Section 4.3 of the paper. They each all the file functions.R as well.
