Location: ENGR HALL 3355

Prerequisite: Introduction to Bioinformatics (BMI/CS 576). Students who have not taken this course and are interested in enrolling should email the instructor.

Format: Following the initial introductory lectures, in most meetings one student will present a research article from the reading list. All students will complete a group-based predictive modeling project using tumor or cancer cell line data.

Credits: 3
